What we can refund, and what we cannot
Consultancy fees pay for professional time and analysis. Here are the exact conditions we apply.
Important disclaimer
CVR Loans Consultancy & Advisory Services is an independent financial consultancy firm. We are not a bank, NBFC, or lending institution. Loan approvals, interest rates, repayment terms and disbursement are determined solely by the respective banks or financial institutions. Our consultancy does not guarantee loan approval.
General position
Consultation charges paid for advisory services are generally non-refundable, as they cover professional time, expertise, analysis and consultation already provided.
When a refund may be considered
- A duplicate payment was made by the client.
- Payment was received due to a technical error.
- The consultancy service could not be initiated for reasons solely attributable to CVR Loans.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
No refunds are issued for
- Loan rejection by any bank or NBFC.
- Client withdrawal after consultation has commenced.
- Incomplete documentation submitted by the client.
- Change of mind after purchasing consultancy services.
- Delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
